Putre – Belen – Putre
Day 1: Putre/Precordillera/Belen/Putre
Departure from the town of Putre, to go to the Precordillera, then we appreciate a magnificent postcard of the Taapacá Volcano (5,860 m.a.s.l.) from the Putre Viewpoint, then we move to the Pukara de Copaquilla, an old pre-Inca fortress, where we will take a walk To appreciate its constructions and the incredible view of the canyon that surrounds it, we continue to Tambo de Zapahuira, an archaeological site that was used as a shelter and a storage center for food. Later we go to the town of Belén (3,240 m.a.s.l.) the first town founded by the Spanish, where we can appreciate its two churches. Later we will take a detour to the Socoroma Valley, its chapel from 1560 and terraced crops that we can observe during the walk stand out. Finishing in the Jurasi Hot Springs, where we can take a relaxing bath, return to the town of Putre.
